The program
The 'Gump for You' programme
Let's go outside, into nature! Together with a group of 8 to 10 participants, we walk a part of the Pieterpad trail through one of the most beautiful areas of the Netherlands: the Sallandse Heuvelrug. Being physically on the move and outside helps spark new insights. We create space for both reflection and action, because true growth happens right in between.
This is what we're going to do
With two supervisors and a group of 8-10 participants, you will walk a 2.5 trail stages of the Pieterpad in 3 days (including 2 nights).
Through various exercises, silence, movement and nature as sources of inspiration, you can shape your “Personal Manifesto”.
1-on-1 coaching session. We delve into your unique situation and sharpen your goal.
You will receive a physical workbook with theory and exercises that help you in your personal leadership
Reunion day: After 100 days, we look back on successes and look forward to the next steps.

Not a survival trip, but an adventure
Don't worry. This isn't a survival trip. A normal physical condition is sufficient to participate. After all, walking is not an end in itself, but primarily a means of getting out of your daily routine. And, literally having space around you really gives more room for new insights.

What does it bring you?
The programme focuses on designing your Personal Manifesto. With this manifesto, you have a compass that you can use for the rest of your life. As a living document. You will gain awareness which talents are your strength, what gives you energy, what is really important to you and what concrete goals you want to achieve in the (near) future.

Walking and working on personal development are a powerful combination for me. In the peace of nature, you get the space to reflect on important questions.
